Using the resources responsibly
Straightforward licensing.
Choose a licence that matches who needs to use the resource and where it will be shared.
Individual licence
For one named purchaser using the resource in their own practice. Files must not be shared with a wider team or uploaded to a shared drive unless the product licence expressly permits it.
Team licence
For use by an agreed staff team within one service or home. The licence does not permit public distribution, resale or transfer to unrelated services.
Organisation licence
For broader use across an agreed organisation or group of services. Scope and pricing may depend on the number of settings and users.
What licences do not allow.
- Reselling the original files or adapted versions.
- Uploading resources to public websites, open drives or social media for others to download.
- Removing Care Made Simple ownership information and presenting the work as your own.
- Sharing files beyond the people or services covered by the purchased licence.
Adapting a resource.
Where an editable format is included, you may adapt the resource for the intended child, team or setting within your licence. Adaptation does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or allow redistribution.
